Building restoration begins at the Port

Renewal SA is working with Country Arts SA to restore the façade of the building on McLaren Parade. The external works will be focusing on restoring the front façade to its original character by rendering and painting the walls and modifying windows and shading.

Birkenhead ramp ready for action

Community requests to repair the Birkenhead ramp have been actioned as part of the Cruickshank’s Corner reactivation. The refurbishment provides a safe platform for launching kayaks and sailing boats into the Port River.

Hart’s Mill – The next stage

ASPECT Studios has been appointed to prepare the design concept for landscaping at Hart’s Mill surrounds. Work is expected to start in late August 2013 and a glimpse into their designs will be available in the coming months.
