Renewal SA has partnered with the owner of the iconic Customs House building to undertake external building upgrades, which are expected to start next month.
Facade works on the Visitor Information Centre will focus on masonry and paint repairs as well as other sundry restoration works and is expected to be completed by November 2013.
Renewal SA is working with Country Arts SA to restore the façade of the building on McLaren Parade. The external works will be focusing on restoring the front façade to its original character by rendering and painting the walls and modifying windows and shading.
