First homes emerge at Dock One

If you’ve wandered down St Vincent Street lately, you might have noticed new townhouses and heritage street lamps popping up at Dock One, with stage one groundworks of this new architecturally-designed neighbourhood now complete.

Forty-seven homes are now under construction, with 90% of stage one sold out.

Residents can expect to see saw-tooth rooves and industrial-styled, textured facades in this emerging masterplanned community by Starfish Developments, which aims to complement the existing architectural heritage of the Port while offering fresh, contemporary interior living in an enviable waterfront location.

The first roads are now in place and landscaping of the promenade, parks and Port River Expressway buffer zone is anticipated to commence in March 2020.

Early transformation of the 1970s Marine and Harbors building into a boutique retro hotel is expected to begin in the latter part of the year, with the first residents of Dock One moving in around August 2020.
