Floating Melodies– Float in the sky or on the water, ‘Floating Melodies’ brings together some of South Australia’s finest cultural elements of food, beverages and music. JAY LARYEA AND THE LEOPAD HUNTERS- The group’s combination of traditional music and dance is infectious. You’ve Got a Friend – Stories of Carole King’s Tapestry– Songs are like time machines, transporting us to treasured moments and every moment has a story. This show is about those stories, “a tapestry to feel and see, impossible to hold”. Victoria and her band pay homage to Carole King’s timeless album, performing ‘Tapestry’ cover to cover with peoples’ stories of how those songs have become woven into their lives. A GREEK TRAGEDY ‘OEDIPUS REX – THE KING’ THE MUSICAL– Sophocles’ 400 BC masterpiece play, concerns Oedipus’ search for the murderer of Laius in order to end a plague ravaging Thebes, unaware that the killer he is looking for, is none other than himself. Loucas Loizou has performed 2000+ shows in London has too many ★★★★★ to mention. This adaptation is partly a musical. The British Hotel Port Adelaide. 23 Feb 2019

HOMER’S ODYSSEY THE MUSICAL– An adaptation by Loucas Loizou. Odysseus is now an old man living in his country in Ithaca. He spends his time singing and telling the stories of the Trojan War, Cyclops, Circe, Calypso, suitors, Penelope and the underworld. Pirates of Penzance– Many of you will have seen Pirates of Penzance, but how many of you have seen it on a boat, on a moving boat! This hilarious adaptation of Gilbert and Sullivan’s classic operetta is staged in one hour, with a local cast of only eight, featuring some of South Australia’s best performers. VISUAL ARTS AND DESIGN

Art and Mind– This exhibition features vibrant artworks by established and emerging local artists who attend Tutti Arts’ and Neami’s Jump Art visual arts programs at Fontanelle Gallery and studio. Deck Heads– ‘Deck Heads’ is a creative artist exhibition of skateboard decks to help raise awareness for mental health. Decks will be auctioned off during Fringe with proceeds going to Beyondblue. Plant Songs: The Secret Sounds of Plants– This multimedia installation explores the secret dimensions of the plant kingdom. Sound Bath – Plant Song– Relax, unwind and be immersed in the presence of the sounds of plants! This unique, live sound bath performance incorporates the sounds created by plants, as well as relaxing, transformative music.
