St Jerome’s Laneway Festival 2016 Event Gallery

Australia’s premier indie music event, St Jerome’s Laneway Festival returned to Our Port for the third year in a row on Friday, 5 February 2016.

About 8,000 Adelaideans visited the historic site of Hart’s Mill for an adventurous, live music experience against the cool, flowing backdrop of the Port River waterfront.

The festival is all about taking fresh, new music to interesting and unique locations around the world and has hosted some of the best international artists before they went on to become major stars. Blending an eclectic mix of punk, electronica, intelligent pop and hip-hop, the line-up included Flume, The Internet, CHVRCHES, Grimes, Hermitude, Battles, Beach House, Violent Soho and more!

This year, radio station Triple J broadcasted live from the Adelaide event, providing national exposure for Port Adelaide. Local artists, restaurants and music collectives were also at the festival, and the City of Port Adelaide Enfield and local businesses were involved in planning the event.

With not only great music but plenty of market stalls, food trucks and activities like glitter face painting and barber shop haircuts, a great day was had by all in our fabulous location of Hart’s Mill.
